Former Marion Iron Co. Site Redevelopment
Genesis Equities recently completed a total redevelopment of the former Marion Iron Co. site, located at the East end of the Marion Iowa Central Corridor District.
Genesis Equities LLC begin clean-up of the site and demolition of buildings in 2014, and later through a development agreement with the City of Marion, constructed road improvements adding a roundabout at the new intersection of 6th & 7th Avenue's.
